A fabulously kitsch and colourful poster for the first full length feature film of the DC Comics character Batman, released by 20th Century Fox in 1966 as a big screen version of the popular sixties TV series, starring Adam West as the titular superhero in a tongue-in-cheek parody of the old movie serials.

Backed on linen. Prior to backing this poster had one vertical and three horizontal machine folds as issued. Backing and minor colour touching has smoothed and diminished the fold lines, improving their appearance ready for framing. Image and colours excellent
