German Tour Poster
A shocking fluoro pink and black silkscreen poster for a performance by Pink Floyd at Manchester City Football Ground, Maine Road, Manchester on 8th August 1988 during the first European leg of the band's mammoth A Momentary Lapse of Reason Tour, their first tour since the departure of bassist, lyricist and founding member Roger Waters. By the time the band had racked up almost 200 shows, playing such extraordinary locations as the Palace of Versailles and Venice’s Grand Canal, the wildly successful tour closed as the highest grossing of the 1980s.
Condition
Very good (B+)
Unfolded, not backed. Nicks, creases and small tears to corners and edges, the largest a half inch vertical tear to lower edge. Some light creases and fine surface scuffs throughout. Image and colours otherwise excellent.
