An exceptionally rare uncut printer's proof for the first release of Star Wars in Japan in 1978. When cut, this sheet would have provided two Japanese B3 or 'Nazakuri' posters for display in train and subway stations. Later retitled Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope, George Lucas' 1977 space epic kicked off one of the greatest film franchises of all time and became a pop culture phenonemenon that is still going strong forty years later.
