A lush and expressive French petite poster by acclaimed poster artist Boris Grinsson for the first French release of 1961 classic drama The Hustler, starring Paul Newman as small-time pool shark "Fast Eddie" Felson, determined to make it to the top. The film received both popular and critical acclaim on release, earning nine Academy Award nominations, including Best Film and Best Actor for Newman, though he wouldn't win until he reprised the role 25 years later for Martin Scorsese's The Color of Money.

Unfolded, not backed. Minor nicks and creases to corners and edges, with one ¼in. tear to right edge in margin. Pressure indentations along left edge in margin. Spots of darkening to edges. Image and colours excellent.
