A charming childlike poster by Jerzy Flisak for the first Polish release of the 1974 Lerner and Loewe musical film adaptation of the beloved children's novella The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. After landing in the desert, a pilot encounters a little boy descended from an asteroid, who shares wondrous tales of his interplanetary journey and the characters he met along the way. Produced and directed by Stanley Donen, the film adaptation featured memorable appearances by Bob Fosse as the Snake and Gene Wilder as the Fox. With its jolly colours and topsy-turvy little chap, this princely poster would brighten up any nursery or playroom.
