A rare original concert poster for a performance by The Jam at Queens Exhibition Hall, Leeds on Tuesday 11th December 1979, with special guests The Vapors, in support of their 1979 album Setting Sons, which had been released only a month earlier on 16th November. The sole single from Setting Sons, The Eton Rifles, became the band's first top 10 UK hit, peaking at No. 3.

Conservation backed on linen in the European style with no restoration whatsoever. Prior to backing this poster had three horizontal and three vertical fold lines, minor nicks and substantial creasing to corners and edges, with wear and surface loss to folds and creases. Backing has smoothed the folds and creases, improving their appearance for display. Fine craquelure to thick black ink. Restoration could be carried out to the folds and creases on request, but we have chosen to leave the poster in its authentic used condition.
