Superman jets off on this super rare stone lithography daybill poster for the Australian release of Superman Flies Again, a 1954 compilation of three episodes of the hit US television series The Adventures of Superman, starring George Reeves as the archetypal superhero and his alter ego Clark Kent. Fifteen episodes of the series were purchased by 20th Century Fox in 1954 and released internationally as five feature films. Superman Flies Again featured the episodes Jet Ace, The Dog Who Knew Superman and The Clown Who Cried.

Conservation backed on linen. Backing has smoothed and diminished two horizontal folds, minor bumps to corners and minor nicks/splits to edges. Image and colours excellent.
